You can go live on TabLess the same day you subscribe to the service if you have all the necessary information about your third-party accounts that you would like to integrate.

Will I get a tablet and a printer when I sign up?

You DO NOT need to purchase any hardware from us. We try to use your existing tablet and printers to eliminate hardware mess. Click here to learn more about compatible devices.

Will I need my other tablets and printers after I sign up with TabLess?

No, you will not need your third-party tablets and printers to manage your orders once you integrate the platforms with us. TabLess will consolidate all the platforms and function independently of other applications' interfaces.

How much commission does TabLess charge for processing orders?

We DO NOT charge any per-order commission fees for processing third-party orders. You get paid directly by online marketplaces just like you used to before TabLess. We only charge a flat subscription fee for our consolidation services. Learn more about our subscription plans here.

Do I get daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodical sales reports?

Yes, you can subscribe to receive sales reports periodically to be printed in the store and/or emailed to you.

How do I connect my online-ordering accounts to TabLess?

You can integrate your online-ordering accounts from your TabLess dashboard by safely logging into the accounts through our system.

Which delivery companies and storefronts can I integrate to TabLess?

We support all the major online-ordering platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and many more. Check out our integrations page to see the full list.

Can I integrate online orders with my POS?

No, TabLess does not support POS integrations currently. However, we offer all the printing capabilities and more that POS systems support (learn more about our Printing Management solution). Additionally, TabLess allows you to use order management functions that POS systems usually do not support. This means you would still need to keep all your third-party devices even if you inject your orders into POS.

Can I track live orders and sales from my phone?

You can track live orders and manage them from ANY device by logging into your dashboard account. You can generate sales and other custom reports on the go, wherever you are.
